Regina Glaser is an employment and labour law partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek. Her areas of practice include restructuring and reorganisation, privatisations and human resources-related measures such as employment contracts, pension and social plans, individual and collective bargaining, works council aspects as well as individual and mass layoffs. She advises German and foreign companies on all areas of individual and collective employment and labour law.  

Regina Glaser studied law at the University of Cologne, Germany. In 1997 she was admitted to the German bar and has been a member ever since. From January 2005 to present, she has been a partner in the law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, Düsseldorf, Germany. She has a leading position in the employment group of this highly specialised law firm. On the basis of her wide experience, she counsels all types of employers and employees. Regina Glaser shows an expertise in advising executive employees, managing directors or members of the board of directors. As an experienced lawyer, she is able to solve complex issues, to handle assignments of employees and to help multinational firms in every type of legal problem.
