Recent merger experience includes his assistance to 2iRete Gas (F2i) in a Phase 2 investigation before the ICA concerning the merger with a competitor and the creation of a leading energy player. assisted Shiseido in the merger before the EU Commission concerning the acquisition of control of the Dolce & Gabbana cosmetics business and ENI Fondo Strategico Italiano in the merger before the EU Commission concerning the acquisition of joint control over Saipem.
