With a keen eye for detail and a tailored methodology, Wendy appreciates the wider issues that can be prevalent in the dispute resolution process. She employs critical path methods of analysis to identify incidence, extent and causes of critical delay and is practised in integrating delay analysis with any quantum assessment that is being undertaken.
Wendy has experience as a party appointed expert, tribunal appointed expert and as a mediator and facilitator of large-scale dispute resolution. She has given evidence to arbitral tribunals including concurrent cross-examination (hot-tubbing) in London, Dubai, Bucharest, Santiago, Australia and Stockholm.
