Alan de Rosenzweig graduated from Escuela Libre de Derecho (ELD). He was president of Phi Delta Phi, ELD chapter. He specialised in commercial law at the Panamerican University.
He began his career as a trial attorney and founding partner of the firm De Rosenzweig & Rosenzweig in 1985. Since then he has been involved in matters related to civil, commercial, and insolvency proceedings, primarily in amparo proceedings (constitutional actions) related to those areas.
As a member of De Rosenzweig & De Rosenzweig he coordinated, for over 10 years, all external lawyers in the country, of one of the most important Financial Institutions in Mexico.
He has lectured about civil procedural law at the Panamerican University for 10 years.
He has participated in many different cases that have generated case law issued by the Supreme Court (SCJN).
The relevance of affairs in which he has participated and how they have been resolved to benefit his clients, have positioned him as one of the most prominent litigators in Mexico.
