Guillermo De Rosenzweig graduated from Escuela Libre de Derecho. He began his career as a trial attorney and founding partner of the firm De Rosenzweig & Rosenzweig in 1985. Since then he has been involved in civil, commercial and insolvency affairs as well as, and primarily, amparo proceedings (constitutional actions) related to the areas previously mentioned.
As a member of De Rosenzweig & De Rosenzweig he spent over 10 years coordinating all external lawyers in the country acting for one of the most important financial institutions in Mexico.
For 10 years has lectured on the regulation of foreign investment and commercial contracts in Mexico at the Panamerican University.
He has participated in many different cases that have formed the basis of Mexican case law, issued by the Supreme Court (SCJN).
Having worked on several very significant cases, and resolved them to the benefit of his clients, he stands out as one of the most prominent litigators in Mexico.
