Catherine Anne Kunz is an associate at Lalive specialising in international arbitration. She is dual-qualified in Switzerland and in England and Wales (solicitor). Catherine A Kunz has acted as counsel and as arbitrator in numerous international arbitration proceedings, in particular in the energy, telecommunications and construction sectors, both ad hoc and institutional (under the ICC, LCIA, SCC, UNCITRAL and Swiss Rules) and governed by a variety of procedural and substantive laws, including Swiss, English, Spanish and Russian law. She also regularly advises clients on contract, corporate and commercial law.
Catherine A Kunz is a member of the editorial board of the ASA Bulletin (the Swiss Arbitration Association’s journal) and has recently been appointed regional representative (Europe) for the LCIA Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG). She graduated from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland (2007).
