Flavio Peter specialises in international and domestic arbitration.
He acts as arbitrator and counsel and regularly serves as administrative secretary to the arbitral tribunal in several international and domestic arbitration proceedings according to ICC Arbitration and ADR Rules, Swiss Rules, UNCITRAL Rules, VIAC Rules, as well as in ad hoc proceedings.
In substance, Flavio's experience covers disputes related to general trade and contract law, such as, for example, disputes arising under international sales contracts, agency agreements, joint venture contracts, as well as long term gas supply contracts. In terms of the amounts in dispute, Flavio's experience ranges from 100,000 Swiss francs to US$110 million.
Flavio graduated from the University of Lucerne in 2008. He joined Wenger & Vieli in 2010 and was admitted to the bar in Zurich in 2012. In 2014 Flavio obtained his LLM from the University of California, Berkeley.
Flavio regularly publishes in his areas of expertise and holds a teaching assignment with the University of Zurich.
