Brad has represented networks, publishing, media, music and entertainment companies in defamation (libel and slander), copyright, theft of idea, trademark and right of privacy and publicity matters. Many of Brad’s clients are intellectual property rights owners and he has substantial experience enforcing their copyrights and trademarks.
