Luminiţa Popa is managing partner of Suciu Popa and specialises in international dispute resolution. She has a very successful track record in international dispute resolution, with a particular focus on international commercial arbitration in a wide variety of business sectors such as energy, natural resources, infrastructure and construction.
She advises sophisticated clients and represents their interests in complex alternative dispute resolution cases, coordinating disputes brought before international arbitral tribunals under the rules of major arbitral institutions.
Luminiţa Popa also regularly serves as arbitrator at the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania, and is listed on the panel of the Court of Arbitration of the German-Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Romania.
