Karin Graf is a partner in the litigation and arbitration business group of Wenger Plattner’s Zurich office. She has been handling disputes for more than 15 years and her experience ranges from pre-litigation advice, interim relief proceedings, party-representation in court and arbitration proceedings and enforcement of foreign judgments and awards. In addition, Karin Graf sits as arbitrator in international arbitrations under Swiss Rules, ICC Rules and in Ad Hoc proceedings. Karin Graf primarily advises on corporate disputes, joint ventures, finance and banking, disputes in the broad context of insolvency situations and agency agreements, all in both a national context and in cross-border disputes.
Karin Graf regularly publishes and speaks on civil procedural law and arbitration topics and is active in the Zurich Bar Association, the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA), the International Bar Association (IBA), the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) and DRI – The Voice of the Defense Bar.
Karin Graf holds a degree from the University of St Gallen and has previously served as law clerk in Zurich and as attorney in two major Zurich law firms. She holds an LLM from Queen Mary University of London. Karin Graf speaks German, English, French, Italian and Spanish.
