Robert McKibbin advises clients in the UK, Eastern Europe and the Middle East on project and programme delivery, contractual risks and audits, design and procurement supply chains, and due diligence. Qualified as an architect since 1979, he has designed and managed, under numerous contract frameworks including fast-track arrangements, numerous construction projects for private clients, public bodies and contractors. He also advises and speaks on judgment and decision making under risk and uncertainty.

As a leading expert witness in construction delay analysis, Robert has been instructed on behalf of architects, contractors, developers, insurers and government bodies. During the past 20 years he has developed a particular expertise in the principles and practical procedures required to identify the causes of delays in a wide range of projects, including sports stadia, commercial, health, residential, hotel and retail developments, civil infrastructure, oil and gas facilities, rail, and complex mechanical and electrical service installations.
