Recent matters include several post-acquisition disputes arising from breaches of accounting warranties, and the assessment of consequential losses from breaches of contract.
Noel is the author of a number of articles relating to the quantification of losses in international arbitration, and regularly presents on damages and valuation related topics to law firms. He is a chartered accountant and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
