As one of the earliest international trade lawyers in China, Mr Frank (Guoliang) Hang represented hundreds of Chinese companies to respond to antidumping and countervailing investigations initiated by US, EU, India, Australia, Canada, Turkey, Indonesia, Pakistan, etc; and also represented over 100 foreign companies from US, EU, Japan, Korea, etc, to respond to China antidumping and countervailing investigations. These investigations involve a variety of industries, such as petrochemical, steel, electronic, paper, textiles, light and agricultural products. Mr. Hang is regarded as one of the leading trade lawyers in China by Who’s Who Legal, The Legal 500 and Legal Band.
Mr Hang also represents Chinese and foreign companies in customs matters, such as export control, certificate of origin, customs classification.
Mr Hang is qualified in the PR China and the New York State of the United States. He graduated from Shanghai International Business and Economics University in 1998 and Columbia Law School in 2008. He speaks Chinese and English.
