Who's Who Legal Corporate Immigration

Anjali is EMEIA immigration partner at Ernst & Young and has over 14 years of experience in UK and global compliance in the immigration field.

Anjali has over the years been profiled in The Legal 500 and Chambers Global. Anjali has led global client accounts in a number of industries including financial services, IT and the energy sector across multiple jurisdictions. She has extensive experience in consulting on and designing immigration governance models for international businesses. In the UK, this has included assisting clients with sponsor licence management as well as complex Tier 4 and 5 sponsor applications. Further afield, Anjali has expertise in assisting clients with inbound and outbound transfers in the Asia-Pacific, Africa region and the Indian sub-continent. In relation to global coordination management, Anjali has led on innovative multidisciplinary short-term business traveller projects. Anjali is also the team’s expert on the immigration and employment law interface on HR legal issues. Most recently, Anjali has provided thought leadership to the European Commission in relation to skilled migration policies.

Anjali has been a contributing co-editor of Butterworths Immigration Law Service. She is on the board of the Great British Community and an officer of the immigration and nationality committee of the International Bar Association. She is also a member of the Immigration Lawyers Practitioners’ Association. Anjali speaks regularly at international conferences including the annual IBA conference, roundtables on migration policy and international workshops.
