Who's Who Legal Arbitration: Expert Witnesses

Jon Prudhoe is a managing director and the Asia Pacific construction practice leader of Navigant. He is one of the few experts worldwide equally capable of acting as both quantum and delay expert.

He holds an impressive portfolio of over 85 expert appointments including matters such as delay analysis and progress reviews; preparation of extension of time (EOT) claims; critique on suitability and fitness of programmes; critical path analysis; establishing link between “cause and effect”; assessment of concurrent delays; appropriateness of different delay analysis methodologies; valuation of variations and prolongation costs; evaluation of disruption and acceleration claims; loss of profits assessment; terminations, suspensions and loss of productivity evaluation.
