David Berezowsky is a partner at Ibarra, del Paso, Gallego y Berezowsky, SC, where he specialises in dispute resolution regarding energy, natural resources, government procurement and administrative law matters.
David has represented clients in the successful defence of force majeure cases and contract-rescission procedures against different governmental agencies in Mexico, including Pemex, CFE and the Ministry of Health, among others. David has also prevailed in the defence of clients’ confidential information during challenges filed by competitors in the most relevant government procurement procedures related to waste water treatment, oil and gas and power projects.
David obtained his law degree (JD/LLB equivalent) from the Iberoamerican University in 2005. In addition, in 2011, he obtained a postgraduate diploma in civil and commercial litigation from the Universidad Panamericana. David is a 2017 candidate for an LLM degree from UC Berkeley School of Law.
David collaborated as an international visiting attorney with the infrastructure and renewable energy practice of Foley & Lardner in Los Angeles, CA, where he participated in different eolic, solar and water cross-border projects with European, American and Canadian investors.
