Tilman Müller-Stoy, Prof Dr jur, co-heads Bardehle Pagenberg’s patent litigation group, and focuses on patent litigation (including entitlement proceedings) in all technical fields, as well as handling cases relating to utility models, unfair competition, and patent-related antitrust law.
