Lars Johansson is a Stockholm-based partner specialised in EU and competition. He is also specialised in IP and head of Roschier’s intellectual property, TMT and brand protection practices in Sweden. He has extensive experience in strategic advice, merger control, joint-ventures, public procurement, cartel investigations and abuse of dominance cases on national and EU level. He has also extensive experience from matters in the cross-section between IP and competition law.
Lars has acted for clients in different areas such as energy, transport, media, IT, telecommunication, manufacturing, pharma, life science, finance and retail. He also has broad experience in handling IPR related transactions, licensing agreements, marketing, broadcasting, regulatory matters, data privacy, infringements and disputes.
Lars regularly lectures on different aspects of competition law, also in relation to IP and digitalisation.
