Who's Who Legal Trade & Customs: Lawyers

Mr Yang leads the International Trade Team of RayYin & Partners in Beijing. He represents foreign enterprises in anti-dumping investigations initiated by China’s Ministry of Commerce.

Mr Yang has represented multinationals such as Ford, JBS, B. Braun, MeadWestvaco, and INVISTA in anti-dumping investigations initiated by the Ministry of Commerce, providing services including drafting questionnaire responses, on-the-spot verifications, non-injury defences, and negotiating price undertakings.

Mr Yang also has extensive experience advising Chinese clients in anti-dumping investigations initiated by authorities of other WTO members such as the US, the EU, Korea, Turkey, India, Pakistan, Canada, Indonesia, South Africa, Thailand, and Israel. His clients include leading manufacturers and exporters in numerous export-oriented industries in China.

Mr Yang continues to be recommended by Who’s Who Legal and Chambers Global since 2004 for his outstanding anti-dumping practice in China. Mr Yang contributes significant time to the research of anti-dumping laws, and he publishes articles regularly in many industry publications in China.

Mr Yang has an LLM from the University of International Business and Economics (2000) and a BA in economics, economy and the trade department from the Beijing Institute of Business (1997).

Mr Yang passed the Chinese Bar Examination in 1998, was partner at Gaopen & Partners from 2006 to 2009, and joined RayYin & Partners in 2009. He is a member of the All China Lawyers Association. His publications include Procedure on the 337: Investigations of the United States; (University of International Business and Economics Press, January 2006); Developments in PRC Anti-Dumping Practice Under the Revised Anti-Dumping Regulations (Who’s Who Legal, 2006); The handbook of Trade Enforcement (Global Competition Review, 2011); The Handbook of Trade Enforcement (Global Competition Review, 2010); The Handbook of Trade Enforcement (Global Competition Review, 2009).

Mr Yang speaks Mandarin and English.
