Alex Wittmann is an expert on litigation and arbitration. He advises clients regularly on contractual and commercial disputes, in particular in relation to banking and finance agreements, construction and engineering agreements, M&A agreements, agency and distribution agreements and joint venture agreements. His other areas of expertise include inheritance disputes and insolvency and restructuring.
Alex Wittmann graduated from the University of Zurich (1994) and obtained an LLM from the University of Virginia (1999). Admitted to Zurich Bar (1997), he joined Lenz & Staehelin in 1997, was appointed partner in 2005 and counsel in 2017. Alex Wittmann speaks German and English.
