Biography:

Who's Who Legal Corporate Immigration

Kevin has represented domestic and international business clients in a wide variety of immigration issues and across multiple industries, including technology, manufacturing, health providers and financial services. He has particular expertise in immigration compliance matters, including I -9, H-1B compliance and prevailing wage issues and defence of government audits.

Kevin is the co-chair of the American Immigration Lawyers Association DOL liaison committee, and is an elected director on the AILA board of governors. He is also a member of the Technology Association of Georgia.
