Hans Goebel is name partner at Nader, Hayaux y Goebel. Mr Goebel's main areas of practice are banking, finance, capital markets, local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, real estate, foreign investment, and general corporate and commercial law.

Hans has a strong background in banking law and regulations, and handles a variety of financial and capital market matters. He is an expert in complex structured finance deals and security issuances as well as local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. Mr Goebel advised Axis Asset Management in the public offering of structured notes (CKDs) in the Mexican market with an initial issuance of 1.3 billion pesos plus additional commitments, through a capital call mechanism, for a total committed amount of 6.5 billion pesos with the purpose of creating a private-equity fund to invest, from time to time, in present and future investment strategies of Axis. He also advised Navix de México, SA de CV SOFOM and ENR (Navix) in the structuring and issuance of CKDs placed in the Mexican Securities Exchange for a total offer amount of 4,002 million pesos. The offer amount is being used to co-fund, with Navix, structured finance loans granted to contractors and subcontractors of the energy sector in Mexico, mainly Petróleos Mexicanos and the Comisión Federal de Electricidad. Mr Goebel regularly advises banks and other financial institutions in cross-border and local secured and unsecured financings, with an emphasis on structured finance transactions.
