Bradley Howard is a partner in Sidley's investment funds, advisers and derivatives practice group in Chicago. His principal areas of practice are securities and futures-related funds and corporate transactions, including related regulatory matters. Mr Howard regularly advises and represents clients in domestic and international offerings of hedge funds, fund of funds, public and private commodity pools and structured derivative transactions.Representative funds/investment products include private placements (including hedge funds, futures funds and private equity funds); offshore funds; stock-exchange listed offshore funds; funds of funds; hedge fund 'feeder' platforms; managed account platforms; and seed capital arrangements.
Mr Howard is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He received his JD from Stanford Law School in 1998 and his AB (with honours, Phi Beta Kappa) from The University of Chicago in 1995. He is admitted in Illinois.
