Rayan Houdrouge leads the employment and pensions practice group of Lenz & Staehelin in Geneva. As an accredited labour law expert (SBA certificate), he advises and represents Swiss and multinational companies as well as international organisations on all employment law matters. He has extensive experience in executive transfers, employee benefits, compensation packages, work regulations, internal audits and collective procedures such as business transfers and collective dismissals. Rayan Houdrouge is also an accredited social security expert (Swiss federal certificate) and regularly assists clients in matters related to social security and pension funds, including contentious aspects.

Rayan Houdrouge completed a law degree at the University of Lausanne (2002) and obtained an LLM from New York University School of Law (2007). Reflecting his work in occupational pension funds, Rayan Houdrouge gained a Swiss federal certificate to become an accredited social security expert (2012) and a certified specialist SBA labour law diploma (2016). After his admission to the Geneva Bar in 2005, he joined Lenz & Staehelin, where he has been a partner since 2014. He speaks French, English and German.
