Tabitha is an advocate and partner at Rex Attorneys where she has been working since 2002. Since joining the firm, she has focused on mining law and is now heading the firm's mining department. She has worked on numerous local and international mining transactions, including but not limited to due diligence investigations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, public private equity transactions and partnerships. She also practises labour law and acts as company secretary to most of the firm's exploration companies.
Tabitha holds an LLB from Keele University, UK, and an LLM from Erasmus University, in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
