Piergiovanni Mandruzzato is a partner of LABLAW - an award winning Italian boutique exclusively specialised in labour and employment law. LABLAW advises both national and international clients on a wide range of complex human resource management and industrial relations issues 24 hours a day - 365 days a year.

In 2011 LABLAW was presented with the award for Italian Law Firm Of The Year by The Lawyer magazine. In addition, the firm also won, for the 3rd consecutive year, the Labour Law Firm Of The Year award by TopLegal - the 1st magazine for the Italian legal sector.

Piergiovanni focuses his practice on labour and employment related litigation, with a particular reference to the labour aspects of corporate acquisitions, transfers of undertakings, restructurings, reorganisations, settlement of collective and individual labour conflicts, the drafting of trial briefs and discussions before the competent judicial authorities.

Piergiovanni currently lectures on labour and employment law at the postgraduate law school of the University of Brescia. He is also the author of the chapter on Italy for International Labour and Employment Laws - ABA - Section of Labour and Employment Law a BNA Books publication.

He has been recognised for his work in the field of labour and employment law by leading independent international legal directories such as Who's Who Legal, Chambers Europe, Legal 500, Expert Guides and European Legal Experts.

Piergiovanni is a member of the Italian Employment Lawyers Association (AGI), the Italian Bar Association, the International Bar Association (IBA), the American Bar Association (ABA) and the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA).

He speaks English and Italian.
