Luca Failla is a founding partner of LABLAW Studio Legale.

He is specialised in providing assistance to Italian and foreign businesses in the fields of labour and employment law, Italian employment litigation, manager’s contract negotiation, liability of administrators, protection of competition, personnel reduction, corporate reorganisation and outsourcing, trade union negotiations, privacy, employment contracts, dismissals and pension schemes as well as company and commercial law.
