Alf-Henrik Bischke has been a partner of Hengeler Mueller since 2000. He is based in Düsseldorf and was a resident in the firms' Brussels office from 2006 to 2012.
Mr Bischke specialises in German and European competition and antitrust law, in particular merger control as well as cartel investigations. He is also experienced in coordinating multi-jurisdictional filings. Recent matters concerned the automotive, media, advertising, construction, fast-moving consumer goods, manufacturing and banking industries.
Alf-Henrik Bischke studied at the universities of Hamburg and Freiburg and the European University Institute in Florence. He has authored, and co-authored, a number of books and articles on European and German competition law.
