Partner, admitted to the Paris Bar in 1985, Frédéric Nouel specialises in real estate transactions and financing for both listed and non-listed major institutions. Recently, Frédéric was one of the key players in the setting up of the legislation of the French non-listed REITS (Real Estate Collective Investment Trusts) named OPCIs and has since participated in the creation and financing of more than 50 OPCIs totalling more than €10 billion worth of assets. Frédéric has advised on headline real estate transactions for the French State, La Poste, Unibail-Rodamco, Casino, Icade, SFL, Goldman Sachs, Perella Weinberg, GLL, EDF, Club Med and PSA Peugeot-Citroën. Frédéric Nouel is regularly listed as a "leading individual" by Chambers Global and has featured every year in the Real Estate France section of the European Legal Experts Guide. Other distinctions include appearances in Euromoney's "Best of the Best" list, European Legal 500, PLC Which Lawyer Yearbook and Who's Who in France. Frédéric Nouel holds an MBA and a postgraduate degree in business law. He speaks French and English.
