Elinor Cotait has a law degree from São Paulo University (LLB, 1984). She is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) (São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Brasília sections); the Brazilian Association of Information Technology and Communications Law (where she serves as vice president); the Brazilian Society of Public Law (where she sits on the consultative council); and the government spending control commission of the OAB’s São Paulo section. Her practice areas include administrative law; regulatory and antitrust (with an emphasis on the infrastructure sector); telecommunications; and digital law and e-commerce. She speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish.
