Marnix Leijten heads De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek's arbitration practice. Marnix acts as counsel in arbitrations globally, as well as in complex multi-jurisdictional litigation and arbitration-related court proceedings. Marnix has particular experience in energy and natural resources as well as M&A disputes.Marnix has been the Dutch member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Paris since 2006 and is editor and co-author of the Commentary on Dutch Arbitration Law: A Guide to the NAI Arbitration Rules.
