Norbert is highly experienced in the commercial and regulatory aspects of the telecommunications and IT industry. This includes representing national and international telecoms operators in proceedings before the German regulator and the European Commission, as well as the domestic and European courts.
For more than 15 years, he has supported clients in multi-jurisdictional outsourcings and carve-outs. His legal advice is crafted to achieve the maximum strategic and commercial value for the client. With data protection, for example, he offers advice that clients find highly practical.
Norbert lectures in communications and data protection law at the University of Cologne and has published widely on telecoms and IT issues. He is listed in a number of directories, among them Juve and Chambers, as one of the leading telecommunications and outsourcing lawyers in Germany.
