Chris McIsaac is the co-head of Clifford Chance's Americas energy and infrastructure group. He has many years of experience representing project sponsors, multilateral development institutions, export credit agencies and commercial lenders in a wide variety of infrastructure project finance transactions in various sectors throughout the world.
Mr McIsaac has been practicing project finance law for nearly 30 years and has been recognised as one of the world’s leading project finance practitioners by several independent publications. He has acted as team leader on many award-winning international project financings.
Mr McIsaac earned his law degree from University of Virginia School of Law, and graduated from University of North Carolina, where he was a Morehead scholar, with highest honors.
