Renwick D Martin is senior counsel in the New York office, where he joined the firm in 1972. He has previously served as a member of the firm’s executive committee. Mr Martin has worked in the mortgage-backed area since 1977 when he participated in the Bank of America pass-through transaction, which was the first publicly offered conventional pass-through transaction. Since 1984, Mr Martin has concentrated on mortgage-backed and asset-backed financings of all types.
Mr Martin received his JD from Harvard Law School in 1972 and his AB from Stanford University in 1969. He is admitted to practise in New York.
