Adam Green’s involvement in immigration law spans two decades. With an emphasis on business immigration law, he works with clients ranging from small start-up companies to large corporations, universities, research institutions and hospitals. Adam managed a US-based immigration law firm in Rome, Italy and represented clients all over Europe and the Middle East. During that time, he spoke at meetings of United States’ consuls as well as meetings of immigration attorneys. After returning to the US, he headed the immigration law section at Sullivan and Worcester, one of Boston's largest corporate firms. Adam also served as a foreign student adviser at Harvard University.
Adam is the former co-chair of the American Immigration Lawyers Association committees for the United States Department of State; of the United States Information Agency; and of the committee for foreign students and scholars. He has produced videos on student visas, which have been purchased by US consulates throughout the world.
Adam is listed in the prestigious publication Best Lawyers in America, and has an “AV” rating (the highest possible) from Martindale-Hubbell, America’s well-known attorney rating service. He is a frequent lecturer at universities and employer groups on obtaining work permits and permanent residence in the US for international personnel.
Adam works closely with his colleague Paul Herzog. Paul is a graduate of Tulane Law School and fluent in French. Many of his clients are French, as he is active with the French American Chamber of Commerce. His practice includes all areas of immigration law and in particular H, L and E visas, and labour certifications. The important article on the National Interest Waiver green card application that Paul has authored can be found in Interpreter Releases V.90 No. 37. He has also authored in Interpreter Releases V.92 No. 3, “Winning an Eb-1B Outstanding Professor/Researcher Case After Kazarian”.
WWL says: Adam Green is an "excellent lawyer" with deep and wide-ranging experience assisting businesses with their employees' immigration needs.
