Martin Burkhardt graduated (1988) from and completed his doctoral thesis (1996) at the University of St Gallen. He obtained an LLM from Berkeley Law School, University of California (1991). Admitted to the New York Bar (1991) and the Zurich Bar (1992), Martin Burkhardt joined Lenz & Staehelin in 1994 and has been a partner since 2000. He speaks German, English and French.
