Peter has extensive experience in banking work, including project finance, syndicated lending, real estate, restructurings and Islamic finance and has acted on a number of high-profile finance deals in the Middle East, Asia, Africa and South America. His projects experience covers a range of energy and infrastructure sectors across the globe, having worked in the firm’s London, Tokyo, New York and Dubai offices during his career and including for the Middle East region, the KNPC Clean Fuels Project, the DEWA Hassyan IPP, DEWA solar project, Az Zour North IWPP, Rabigh 2 IPP, Facility D IPP, Hidd IWPP, Sulaibiya WWTP, ADSSC WWTP and a polysilicon production project in Saudi Arabia. His restructuring experience includes acting for Dubai Drydocks in relation to its debt restructuring and Japanese financiers in relation to the restructuring of several Thai petrochemical projects. Peter also acts on wide range of general banking transactions including real estate financings.
