He recently led a team that successfully advised Talanx Systeme on its next generation IT sourcing to IBM Deutschland.

Noerr’s energy practice is recognised as one of the foremost in Europe, with strong industrial links. Its engagements include advising EDF on the establishment of a modern combined cycle gas turbine plant in Brandenburg. Practice head Christof Federwisch specialises in energy plants and infrastructure. He has over a decade of experience advising on matters of financing and operation. Tibor Fedke is a corporate specialist who focuses on transactions and commercial structures. He is extensively experienced in energy-related industries, including renewables. He is also active in REACH and is a member of several expert groups within the organisation. The real estate practice espouses an interdisciplinary focus and is well regarded as one of the best for real estate investment, financing and transactions. Christoph Brenzinger is regarded in our research as a Thought Leader and is recognised for his depth of expertise in real estate private equity transactions. Alexander Goepfert heads the real estate investment group and is considered one of the strongest real estate lawyers in Germany. He specialises in real estate transactions, planning and tax.

Head of litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution practice Michael Molitoris is a leading light at Noerr. He is listed in our insurance and reinsurance, life sciences, litigation and product liability defence chapters for his experience in German internal and external litigation cases. The cases often involve issues of product liability and include commercial disputes and reinsurance cases. Oliver Sieg also stands out with considerable experience in product liability cases including D&O and corporate damages and represents directors and commercial entities in cross-border disputes.
