Transactional Services - Due Diligence Accountants

The number and value of transactions globally has been steady since 2014, with companies often seeing them as a way to increase their market share, encourage growth, and reach new consumers. Some may set records and many have made the news: the world’s largest brewer InBev continues to negotiate with SABMiller on acquisition plans, while the attempt by Pfizer and Allergan to merge was scuppered at the eleventh hour by the US Treasury when it changed a little-known tax rule.
