Similarly Thomas Rohner is listed twice, in both the arbitration and commercial litigation chapters, reflecting his “extraordinarily talents”. They are joined in the “world-class” arbitration department by the “fantastic” Thomas Legler, who is described as having “considerable expertise” and “wide-ranging talent”. He regularly advises corporate and private clients in the field of intellectual property, IT, e-commerce, telecommunications and data protection law, as well as entertainment and media.
