Andrew Bodnar is a further standout practitioner at the chambers with a double listing in both our civil fraud and investigations chapters, reflecting his “broad experience and expertise”. His “significant practice” focuses on asset recovery-related proceedings in insolvency and debt recovery, applications for freezing orders, search orders and contempt of court in support of such proceedings. He also “expertly advises” professional services firms and companies concerning obligations under anti-money laundering legislation and potential criminal liability arising from the acts both of employees and of third parties, as well as transnational internal investigations into concerns about corruption.
