New general counsel joins 3m
Technology company 3m has appointed Marschall Smith to be senior vice president legal affairs and general counsel.
Smith will replace Richard Ziegler, who is retiring. He joins from Brunswick Corporation, where he served as vice president, general counsel and secretary. Prior to this appointment Smith was executive vice president, corporate development and general counsel of Digitas.
