Leading transport provider Keolis appoints new general counsel
Keolis North America has announced the appointment of Susan Herlick as general counsel. She will direct the company’s legal, compliance and regulatory affairs for its North American operation and will be based at its Rockville, Maryland headquarters.
Herlick joins from Orbital Sciences Corporation where she served as general counsel and corporate secretary. Her responsibilities included advising the company’s corporate staff and operating groups on a wide range of legal matters, particularly specialising on corporate law and transactions with commercial and government entities. Herlick began her career at Hogan Lovells in Washington, DC.
“Susan’s wealth of corporate legal experience working with government clients makes her a perfect fit for Keolis North America as we continue winning new public transportation contracts and expanding our operations” said Eric Asselin, general manager of Keolis.
