Lawrence Tu has been appointed as senior executive vice president and chief legal officer of CBS Corporation. He will take up the position in early January 2014 and will be based at the company’s headquarters in Los Angeles.

We are pleased to welcome such a distinguished attorney as the new general counsel of CBS Corporation, and look forward to the many contributions he will make in that role.”
