Willkie Farr boosts private equity practice with key hire
Leading private equity lawyer Kirk Radke will be joining the New York office of Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
Currently a partner at Kirkland & Ellis, Radke boasts over 25 years of experience advising clients on debt and equity, credit facilities, venture capital, fund formation and acquisition matters.

Radke praises Willkie for its integrated and focused approach in an “increasingly complex and sophisticated” private equity environment.

Radke is internationally recognised for his work within the automotive, consumer products, financial services, manufacturing and transportation sectors. He is also known for his experience in structuring transactions, negotiating and drafting agreements and supervising deal teams representing both buyers and sellers.
