Brown Rudnick scoops top lawyer to boost white collar practice in London
Business crime defence lawyer Tom Epps has become the latest to join Brown Rudnick’s white collar defence and government investigations group in London.
He joined from Hickman and Rose.
Epps is recognised in the UK and internationally for his work within the government and regulatory sectors specialising in multi-jurisdictional fraud, corruption and cartel investigations.
Recently he assisted with advising News Corp on various aspects of Operations Weeting and Elveden and advising clients in the current US/UK LIBOR investigation. He has also handled SFO and DOJ interviews of employees in relation to a number of US/UK corruption investigations.
Speaking of his appointment Epps said: “It is very exciting to be joining Brown Rudnick’s excellent white collar crime team at a time of significant growth and to have the opportunity to continue to develop my international investigations practice.”
