Chadbourne & Parke gain insolvency expert in London
John Verrill has joined Chadbourne & Parke LLP as a partner in its London insolvency and financial restructuring group.
The Chadbourne restructuring group has previously advised in major Chapter 11 cases including Tribune, TOUSA, Xerium, Capmark, Chrysler, Lehman Brothers and Enron.
Verrill arrives from Dundas & Wilson where he was co-head of the insolvency team for over 25 years and gained experience within the sector focusing specifically on complex cross-border insolvency matters and company voluntary arrangements. He has extensive experience in both contentious and non-contentious roles.
Speaking on Verrill’s appointment Howard Seife, global chair of the firm’s insolvency and financial restructuring practice, said: “John’s high visibility in the London market and cross-border insolvency experience complements our existing international and cross-border capabilities. John will be a tremendous asset for our clients.”
