ADR Chambers welcomes Frank Zaid in Toronto
Frank Zaid has joined ADR Chambers after almost 39 years with Canadian firm Osler Hoskin & Harcourt LLP.

He will act as a mediator and arbitrator, operating out of its Toronto office as chair of the franchising expert panel. Zaid has retired as an active partner but will continue to remain involved in the franchise industry.
With previous experience in over 300 franchise systems, Zaid has gained recognition as an owner/investor as both franchisor and franchisee in several franchised businesses. He served as general counsel for the Canadian Franchise Association and has been on the executive committee and board of directors of both the International Franchise Association and the Canadian Franchise Association.
He is also highly experienced in several aspects of business law, including licensing, intellectual property, marketing and distribution.
Commenting on his move, he said: “I am looking forward to bringing my unique legal and business experience in franchising to my mediation and arbitration practice with a thorough understanding of the industry and the relationship between the parties.”
Zaid is listed in The International Who’s Who of Franchise Lawyers.
