International full-service firm Clifford Chance boasts a strong real estate group and sees six practitioners highlighted this year.

Cornelia Thaler is described by market commentators as “a famous and very active name in Frankfurt”. She is experienced in advising international clients on portfolio transactions, property development projects and sale and lease matters.

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer demonstrates its strong real estate credentials with four of its members listed this year.
Johannes Conradi gains recognition as “an excellent real estate lawyer who leads the market”. His practice spans the full range of real estate law including transactions, project development and financing matters.
Niko Schultz-Süchting is held in high esteem by peers across Europe, who describe him as “a very strong real estate specialist”.  He has carved out a speciality in real estate regulation matters in Germany.
Thorsten Kleine is described as “an excellent name” in the real estate space by respondents who highlight his specialty in cross-border joint ventures for real estate investment and investment trusts.

Greenberg Traurig sees four of its lawyers listed this year.

International firm CMS Hasche Sigle sees three of its practitioners listed this year.
Heinrich Schirmer is a well-regarded figure in the German market. He advises on both national and international real estate transactions, asset management and real estate financing matters.
Heinz Joachim Kummer is a significant name in the real estate space in Germany who possesses over 25 years of experience in project development, transactional, and asset management.
Dirk Rodewoldt has strong expertise in representing international investors regarding project development and investment matters in the German real estate market.

P+P Pöllath + Partners sees three of its lawyers listed this year.
