Italy: Labour, Employment & Benefits 2018

Our research into the Italian labour, employment and benefits market this year highlights 38 individuals across the country that have excelled in the field. Their practices see them advise and represent domestic and international clients in a wide range of matters, with collective bargaining agreements, stock option plans and contract arrangements featuring heavily as areas of expertise.

Grimaldi Studio Legale’s Angelo Zambelli is a pre-eminent name in the Italian labour, employment and benefits market and is listed as one of the most highly regarded practitioners by sources this year. He has outstanding experience relating to agency agreements and restructuring.

Lablaw – Studio Legale’s Luca Failla is “a leading expert in the sector” according to market sources. He is “well-recognised and knowledgeable” on issues such as contract negotiation, trade union negotiations and restructuring.

Giacinto Favalli of Trifiro' & Partners Avvocati “has been a big name in the Italian market for over 30 years” according to commentators. Sources state that “he put the practice of employment law in Milan on the map” and he offers outstanding expertise on union negotiations and restructuring.

Scorcelli Rose & Partners’ Renato Scorcelli has a “professional and responsive approach,” and stands out for his “strong negotiation skills and deep knowledge of labour law”. He is praised by colleagues for his work on redundancies, terminations and resignations.
